• Added Max Position Size input setting

• Adjust Orders on New Signal - when enabled, the following happens:
  1. Signal appears and entry orders are placed
  2. At some point, before the entry orders were filled, a signal fires. When this signal fires, the entry prices might have moved since we originally placed the order
  3. Entry order prices are modified and adjusted to the new signal order prices

• Alert On Trigger - support alert bot is triggered and order is placed
• Strategy name - user can set strategy name in study settings. Name appear on chart widget

• Bias - added Long/Short directional setting - users can choose between long, short and both
• Trade Window - users can set a trading window for the day (start time and end time) - automated trades will only be taken during these hours (manually placed orders using the entry now button are not affected by this)
