Sending the Message Log

  1. Open the Message Log - in SC, navigate to Window→Message Log

  2. Copy the log - Edit→Copy Log

  3. Paste the log - open your favorite text editor like Word, notepad, google doc etc and paste the log

  4. Email the file

 

 

Sending the Trade Activity Log

 

Sending the Trade Service Log

When there is an error submitting orders, the Trade Service Log usually will have the detailed message.

  1. Under the Trade menu, select Trade Service Log

  2. Copy the log - Edit→Copy Log

  3. Paste the log - open your favorite text editor like Word, notepad, google doc etc and paste the log

  4. Email the file
